About Amanda
Hi, y'all! I'm a corporate event planner turned wedding and portrait photographer. I happily traded my desk job for natural light and connecting with genuinely joyful couples and families. Although my love for schedules, details and lists will always stay with me, making people feel comfortable and capturing real moments is what drives me.
One of my favorite titles is "wife". After dating long distance for four years, Matt & I tied the knot in 2010. He's my biggest supporter and constantly points me back to the Lord. I love photographing sweet weddings and feeling butterflies in my stomach as I'm reminded of my own vows. After photographing nearly 100 weddings, it only gets sweeter.
After nearly five years of marriage, we welcomed our first daughter, Magnolia Joy in Spring of 2015. Little sister is making her debut this August! My other favorite title of "mama" is one of my biggest honors. Nothing has brought me more sanctification or joy. Together, we live a simple, little life made abundantly rich through our families, community & above all our precious Savior.
